Since all our pieces are made-to-order with love, we do not offer returns or refunds. As a small business, this helps us stay sustainable and avoid overproduction. We appreciate your understanding.

Absolutely! We offer a one-time size exchange if the piece doesn’t fit you.

Just drop us a message within 48 hours of receiving your order, and make sure the product is unworn and in its original condition.

While we don’t offer monetary refunds, we’re happy to issue a store credit valid for 6 months. You can use it to purchase anything else from our collection.

Since each order is made especially for you, we ship within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. We’ll share tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Some of our fabrics and trims are sourced externally, so occasional delays may occur — but we’ll always keep you informed. We believe in transparency and will communicate any changes in timelines proactively.
